Welcome to Prairie View Community School! Thank you for choosing this school and entrusting your students to our care. Our number one priority is the safety, success, and growth of your students at our school. The mission of Prairie View Community School is to teach core content combined with real-world application to holistically engage students in the learning process and produce versatile, collaborative, and resilient problem-solvers. We believe that skills and knowledge are best married through hands-on experience and experimentation. Our school is built upon the belief that all students are capable of learning and that individuals bring a multitude of experiences to the communal table that makes each of us better. Through encouragement and challenging one another we create a fulfilling and invigorated community that is able to think through and solve difficult problems that are occurring in our community. Prairie View Community School uses a model of core curriculum coupled with meaningful hands-on projects in our unique, rural setting to equip students to think outside the box, proactively solve problems, and collaborate with their peers and community. At our core are the back to the roots traditions of learning to think, act wisely, take initiative, have integrity, and be respectful and responsible.
